Mrs. Shiri Goldenstein leads our ELC with love and warmth, giving students an invaluable Hebrew-immersion experience. Her Ivrit classes with our upper grades are fun, meaningful, and memorable, leaving her students with tools and skills to use in both modern Israeli Hebrew and in their Torah studies.
Morah Shiri was raised in Israel, and studied business management and accounting at college of management in Rishon Letzion before she decided to shift her focus to the future generation. She then started studying early childhood education in Seminar Hakibutzim.
Morah Shiri has taught children in Israel, Germany and United States. She believes in teaching with love through play and movement and encourages children to develop a desire for learning while increasing their curiosity. Mrs. Goldenstein currently resides in Deerfield with her husband and their 3 children. In her free time, she enjoys Israeli dancing, reading and meeting with friends.
